At Lyraskin, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all purchases made through our Website (www.lyraskin.com) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.


2. EXCEPTIONS – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To request a refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Email our customer service at returns@lyraskin.com with the following:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once we verify the issue, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, at our discretion.


3. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and can take up to 7 business days.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items purchased during a promotion or clearance sale

  • Gift cards


5. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept the package, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We may offer to resend the package, but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


6. SHIPPING DAMAGES

Lyraskin is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
