This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.lyraskin.com. All Lyraskin products are fulfilled and shipped through Zendrop, a third-party logistics and fulfillment partner.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or courier-related issues. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist you.


4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order value. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


5. ORDER TRACKING

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the courier’s website. If you did not receive tracking information, please contact us at support@lyraskin.com.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.


7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@lyraskin.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and additional details before processing a replacement.
